- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company’s online business, including the official website, e-commerce platforms, and social media channels;
- Develop and implement online operation strategies to increase brand exposure, user engagement, and sales conversion rates;
- Analyze data from websites and online platforms (such as traffic, conversion, and retention) to continuously optimize content and marketing performance;
- Plan and execute online campaigns, including promotions, product launches, and brand collaborations;
- Manage the daily work of the operations team, coordinating with design, content, customer service, and advertising teams to ensure smooth project execution;
- Monitor advertising budgets and ROI to improve efficiency and profitability;
- Research market trends and competitors to develop targeted marketing strategies;
- Optimize the overall customer experience, from traffic acquisition and order placement to after-sales service, enhancing user satisfaction;
- Prepare regular reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for growth and improvement;
- Drive the expansion into new media and digital channels, such as short videos, live commerce, and influencer collaborations.
