Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage our digital presence, organize impactful events, and coordinate advertisements across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and mass media knowledge, along with the analytical acumen to evaluate campaign performance and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Coordinate and manage corporate events, workshops, and promotional activities
• Create and oversee digital advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Work closely with the design and content teams to produce creative materials
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media and ad campaigns using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all channels
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of posts and campaigns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• 0–1 years of experience in social media management, event coordination, or advertising (Freshers with strong internship experience are welcome)
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and other digital marketing platforms
• Strong analytical and reporting skills – able to derive insights from data
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
• Creative, proactive, and highly organized
• Immediate or early joiners preferred
