Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Social Media / Chat Support Associate to manage online interactions across major social platforms and live chat. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in handling customer queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok, and WhatsApp.
- Handle messages, comments, story replies, and inbox queries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Monitor social channels for customer feedback, brand mentions, trends, and engagement opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent and friendly brand voice across all platforms.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and follow-ups as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Assist in drafting quick responses, FAQs, and engagement replies when needed.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely, polite, and solution-oriented communication.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management, customer support.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok, and other social platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume queries.
- Customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM or chat support tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to work an evening shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM), Monday to Saturday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
