Job purpose:

· Manage and enhance the organization's online presence through various social media platforms.

Duties and responsibilities:

· Create, curate, and publish engaging content across social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

· Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

· Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

· Stay informed about industry trends, social media tools, and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.

· Write compelling and concise copy for posts, captions, and promotional materials.

· Foster a positive online community by engaging with followers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.

· Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Employment Type: Permanent.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.
