Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for B2B and B2C clients and management of social media executives.

● Align social media initiatives with clients’ overall marketing goals and KPIs.

● Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

● Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content tailored to various social media platforms (FB, IG, Thread, YT, LI, Snapchat)

● Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.

● Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce visually appealing and on-brand content.

● Foster and grow online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner (Online Reputation Management)

● Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and relevant conversations (Social Listening).

● Implement strategies to increase follower engagement and loyalty.

● Utilize social media analytics tools to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.

● Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics and ROI.

● Lead, mentor, and develop a team of social media specialists.

● Serve as the primary point of contact for social media clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

● Good presentation skill for presenting social media strategies and performance reports to clients.

Qualifications:

● Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and best practices

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Robust organisational, team management and multitasking skills

● Ability to craft engaging content

● Nuanced understanding of the latest social media trends

● Ability to create effective social media marketing strategies and campaigns
