Social Media Executive

Experience Required - 2 Years (Including Internship + Job)

Brief -

Pixel Suba is a full-service digital marketing agency based in Dadar East. If you live and breathe Social Media Marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital & Social Media Executive to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels primarily on social media for us and the clients and convert leads to customers.

Responsibilities -

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, email & social media campaigns
• Maintain our and clients' social media presence
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) for our clients.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create creatives for Social Media
• Utilize the solid analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Create a sales process for the company and execute that.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Content Writing Social Media, Digital Marketing & Sales.
• An Active Social Media geek is required.
• Excellent English and the ability to write copy creatively are a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Understanding of advanced marketing principles.
• Undestanding of sales strategies.
• Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Completed Projects in digital marketing.
• Leading and managing Social Media, Google Ads campaigns and Email Marketing.
• Identify target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
