- Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy aligned with StudyMEDIC’s branding and business goals.
- Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) ensuring consistent tone and visual identity.
- Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to plan campaigns around course launches, webinars, testimonials, and success stories.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content tailored for each platform, including graphics, short videos, reels, carousels, and infographics.
- Monitor trends in medical education, student behavior, and platform updates to keep our content relevant and appealing.
- Engage with followers by responding to messages, comments, and queries promptly and professionally.
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and influencers to execute campaign deliverables.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube), in collaboration with the performance marketing team.
- Stay updated on competitors and industry trends to position StudyMEDIC as a thought leader in medical education.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role, preferably in the education or healthcare domain.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, brand voice, and audience targeting in the context of online learning.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and design platforms (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
