- Community management: Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond to users to build relationships and maintain a positive brand image.
- Performance analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, creative, and other departments to ensure brand messaging is consistent across all platforms and to support business objectives.
