Position: Social Media Executive
Location: Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage our digital presence. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, manage online interactions, and strengthen our brand visibility across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities & RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

  • Develop, create, and publish engaging content (posts, graphics, reels, videos) aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Respond to customer messages, comments, and queries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, client servicing) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns to support marketing goals.
  • Track social media performance and prepare basic analytics reports.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Social Media Executive, Content Creator, or a similar role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and social media content creation (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
  • Experience in handling customer queries and community management on social platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
