Social Media Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with client interaction, customer communication, and basic e-commerce operations. Candidates with foundational knowledge of digital marketing (Google/Meta Ads) will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and other platforms.
• Assist in planning and executing social media calendars and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design/creative team for content creation.
• Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements, objectives, and feedback.
• Provide updates on ongoing campaigns and results.
• Maintain professional and timely communication.
• Handle chat support on social media and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Offer guidance, solutions, and product/service information through DM or comments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining quick response times.
• Support in managing product catalogs, reviews, stock updates, or promotions.

Digital Marketing Support (Plus Point):

• Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Support the marketing team with campaign setups, targeting, and tracking.
• Familiarity with running boosted posts and basic paid promotions.

Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business, or relevant field (preferred).
• 2+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their tools.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to interact with clients confidently.
• Quick learner and adaptable to new trends, tools, and technologies.
• Proactive, responsible, and self-driven personality.

Location: Faisal Town, Lahore

Work Hours: Monday to Saturday (2:00 pm - 11:00 pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
