Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to promote the gaming center’s offerings (bowling, arcade, VR, events, food & beverages, etc.).
- Create engaging, trendy, and creative content (posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics) aligned with the brand’s tone and target audience.
- Manage and grow presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Collaborate with the design team for high-quality visuals, videos, and promotional creatives.
- Monitor performance through insights and analytics tools; prepare monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the operations and events team to promote live events, parties, tournaments, and offers.
- Engage with followers through timely responses, DMs, and community-building initiatives.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, gaming culture, and influencer marketing opportunities.
- Support influencer collaborations, digital ad campaigns, and brand partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing (experience in hospitality, gaming, or entertainment industry preferred).
- Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.
- Strong understanding of digital trends, memes, and influencer dynamics.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
- A gamer or pop culture enthusiast is a plus!
