Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media content strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube).
- Create engaging posts, reels, videos, graphics, and stories that highlight our technology, team, and impact.
- Manage daily posting, content scheduling, and community engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, sustainability conversations, and competitor activity to generate relevant content ideas.
- Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to translate technical concepts into simple, attractive, and educational content.
- Build and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
- Work with designers, videographers, and agencies (if applicable) to produce high-quality content.
- Respond to comments and messages to build an active community.
- Support brand awareness campaigns, product launches, and event promotions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience managing social media pages for a brand, startup, or organization.
- Strong skills in content creation: writing, reels, basic video editing, and graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn climate-tech topics into engaging educational content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for sustainability, climate action, and environmental innovation.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
