About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will handle content creation, engagement, and execution of effective social media strategies. Key Responsibilities Create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Produce engaging posts, Reels, videos, and stories that reflect ESBC branding. Handle daily posting, scheduling, captions, and replies to messages and comments. Monitor trends and competitors to generate new content ideas. Increase engagement, reach, and followers through solid content strategies. Support marketing and sales teams by promoting car listings and company updates. Track performance using analytics and prepare monthly reports. Manage boosted posts and basic ad campaigns when required. Maintain high-quality standards across all content. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field. Proven experience in managing social media platforms (automotive experience is a plus). Strong skills in content creation, video editing, and design (CapCut, Canva, etc.). Excellent writing and communication skills. Knowledge of social media analytics tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Mandatory Requirements Valid Qatar ID with Noc Must be ready to join immediately. Preferred Skills (Bonus) Photography and videography skills. Experience with Meta or TikTok advertising. Basic knowledge of SEO for social platforms. Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
