About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and multi-skilled professional who can manage both social media execution and media planning account responsibilities. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on exposure across the full spectrum of digital marketing—from content creation to campaign execution and client coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Social Media Executive Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Assist in developing creative ideas for reels, posts, stories, and engagement-driven content.
  • Write captions, support copywriting tasks, and maintain consistent brand tone and voice.
  • Conduct trend analysis and competitor research to refine content strategies.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Monitor daily engagement including comments, direct messages, mentions, shares, and tags.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Support influencer outreach, coordination, and negotiations for campaigns.

B. Account Executive (Media Planning) Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing media plans across social, Google, programmatic, and niche digital platforms.
  • Support client servicing activities including documentation, presentations, trackers, and follow-ups.
  • Collect campaign requirements and briefs and coordinate with internal teams for execution.
  • Assist with campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization under the guidance of the media team.
  • Compile and analyze campaign performance reports using KPIs such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPV, and conversions.
  • Maintain media calendars, budget trackers, pacing sheets, and internal documentation.
  • Conduct audience and competitor research to support campaign planning and strategy.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with clients regarding updates, approvals, and queries.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in social media management and digital media planning.
  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask across creative and operational responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with Canva, basic editing tools, and social media scheduling platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage timelines efficiently.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across creative, media, and client teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Degree or coursework in Marketing, Media, Communications, or Business.
  • Previous internship or work experience in social media or digital marketing.
  • Basic understanding of digital KPIs such as impressions, reach, CTR, conversions, etc.
  • Experience managing brand social media pages or personal content creation.
