We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Executive to manage and execute our social media strategy across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and online engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business objectives.

2. Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

3. Create engaging content (posts, tweets, stories, reels, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.

4. Monitor and analyze social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, etc.).

5. Run social media ads and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Communications, Customer Service) to ensure consistency in messaging.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform changes.

8. Provide regular reporting and insights on social media performance.

9. Work on flyers use Canva pro.

Requirements:

1. 1+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.

2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

3. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.

4. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).

2. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

3. Certification in social media marketing (Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
