Job Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Schedule, manage, and publish content across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.

Content Management:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and brand-aligned content.
• Maintain and execute a social media content calendar.

Community Engagement:

• Foster positive interactions by actively engaging with audiences.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain online followers.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and boost engagement.

Meta Ad Campaigns:

• Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Conduct audience research and stay updated with advertising trends. (Meta ad campaign experience required)

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Coordinate with the marketing, design, and customer support teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong passion for social media with in-depth knowledge of major platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns is a must.

• Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM
