Social Media Executive

Urban Acres Infomediatech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative, data-aware Social Media Executive to manage and grow its digital presence across multiple platforms. The role involves content planning, publishing, engagement, and performance tracking, while working closely with editorial, video, design, and PR teams to ensure consistent and impactful storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Facebook.
• Manage daily engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
• Coordinate with editorial, video, and design teams for content creation and execution.
• Assist in developing social media campaigns for brand building, launches, events, and editorial features.
• Track platform performance, analyse insights, and prepare monthly social media reports.
• Stay updated with platform trends, formats, algorithms, and best practices.
• Ensure brand tone, visual consistency, and messaging alignment across all platforms.
• Support influencer collaborations and digital partnerships where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (media or brand experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and engagement metrics.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and scheduling platforms.
• Good written communication skills and an eye for content trends.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
