Job Description

Airline Prep School (ALPS) is hiring a Social Media Executive (Fresher) to support our digital marketing and brand communication efforts. This role is suitable for a female candidate with foundational skills in social media management, graphic design, and video editing, who is eager to grow professionally in an established aviation training institute.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update content on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Design creatives for posts, stories, posters, advertisements, and internal announcements
• Edit short-form videos and reels for social media usage
• Assist in planning and executing monthly content calendars
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for content requirements
• Track basic engagement metrics such as reach, views, and interactions

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content formats
• Graphic design skills (Canva required; Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator preferred)
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools)
• Creativity, attention to detail, and visual sense
• Ability to take feedback and work in a structured environment

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Internship, freelance, or academic project experience is an advantage
• Educational background in marketing, media, design, or communication is preferred
