Social Media Executive

We are hiring a Social Media Growth Executive (360°) to manage and grow our end-to-end social media presence and support lead generation and community engagement.

This role blends content creation, social media management, engagement, and follow-ups, making it perfect for someone who enjoys creativity, communication, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook & WhatsApp Business
• Create and repurpose content (Reels, Shorts, Carousels, Posts, Stories)
• Edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut/InShot/VN
• Design creatives using Canva
• Handle DMs, comments, and community engagement professionally
• Manage inbound leads, telecalling, and structured follow-ups
• Maintain lead trackers and coordinate discovery calls
• Support social media activities for selected clients

Requirements:

• 0–3 years experience in social media, digital marketing, or content roles
• Hands-on knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & Facebook
• Basic video editing and Canva skills
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and lead handling
• Interest in personal growth, coaching, or mindset-based work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,926.13 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Thane, Maharashtra
