Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
• Support creation of reels, posts, and short-form content
• Write captions, hooks, and basic content scripts
• Research trends, hashtags, and content ideas
• Use AI tools to support faster and smarter content creation
• Help schedule and publish content regularly
• Monitor engagement and assist with basic performance reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Interest in social media marketing and digital content
• Basic understanding of reels, trends, and online platforms
• Good communication skills (English preferred)
• Creative mindset with willingness to learn
• Ability to work consistently and meet posting schedules
• Basic knowledge of mobile photography or video creation is an advantage

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Personal or academic experience managing social media pages
• Ability to repurpose content across platforms
• Familiarity with AI tools for content or caption generation
