We are actively expanding our digital presence, lead generation systems, and brand authority across major social media platforms and are looking for a business-oriented Social Media Executive to support this growth.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Social Media Executive who can plan, publish, analyze, and optimize content performance with a strong focus on growth, engagement, and lead generation — not just posting content.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Publishing

  • Create monthly content calendars for multiple business verticals
  • Define:
  • Content themes
  • Posting frequency
  • Platform-wise strategies (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Ensure consistent brand tone, colors, and messaging
  • Support initiatives to improve online reviews and brand credibility

Team Coordination

  • Assign and manage daily tasks for:
  • Videographers (reels, shoots, edits)
  • Graphic designers (posts, stories, banners)
  • Review and approve:
  • Captions
  • Hashtags
  • Final creatives before publishing

Analytics, Reports & KPIs (Weekly / Monthly)

  • Track and report:
  • Reach
  • Engagement
  • Follower growth
  • Leads generated
  • Traffic driven to sales or e-commerce teams
  • Submit structured weekly and monthly performance reports to management, including:
  • What worked
  • What didn’t work
  • Optimization plans and next steps

Campaigns & Growth Experiments

  • Plan and execute:
  • Giveaways
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Reel and content format testing
  • Propose growth strategies focused on ROI rather than vanity metrics
  • Recommend:
  • Paid promotion ideas
  • Influencer collaboration opportunities

Lead Handling & Routing

  • Monitor and respond to:
  • DMs
  • Comments
  • Inquiries
  • Route qualified leads to appropriate teams via WhatsApp, telecalling, or sales channels
  • Maintain a lead tracking log including source, platform, and business category

Collaboration with E-commerce & Sales Teams

  • Support
  • Product launches
  • Offers and discounts
  • Campaign timelines
  • Product-focused reels and traffic-driving posts
  • Align content strategy with sales and conversion goals

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Proven ability to analyze content performance and insights
  • Business-minded with an ownership mentality
  • Experience managing creatives and cross-functional teams
  • Strong reporting, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
