Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Manager who can create engaging content, manage daily social media activities, and build a strong, consistent brand presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Create Long & Short-Form Creatives

Design engaging creatives (static, carousel, reels, short videos) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.

Work on beauty, salon, festive, offer-based, and educational content.

Collaborate with internal teams for campaign and product-led content.

Manage Social Media Posting

Publish posts, reels, and stories across all social platforms.

Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and messaging.

Monitor comments, DMs, and basic engagement (likes, replies, shares).

Create & Manage Social Media Calendar

Plan and maintain a monthly and weekly content calendar.

Align content with festivals, offers, campaigns, salon promotions, and app features.

Coordinate content timelines with marketing and onboarding teams.

Share weekly insights on what content is working and why.

Suggest improvements based on data and trends.

Skills & Requirements

Strong understanding of Instagram-first content (Reels, Stories, Carousels).

Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar.

Basic knowledge of content trends, hashtags, and social media algorithms.

Ability to think creatively and execute fast in a startup environment.

Good communication and coordination skills.
