Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of social media content calendars across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Create and curate engaging, high-quality visual and written content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, that align with our brand voice and messaging.
  • Monitor and manage the day-to-day activities on our social media accounts, including posting, responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversion rates to optimize content strategies.
  • Participate in the creation of reports summarizing social media performance and providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to contribute fresh perspectives to the team.
  • Support the team in coordinating influencer partnerships and collaborations.
  • Provide input on optimizing paid social media campaigns and assisting in budget tracking.

Qualifications:

  • A degree program related to Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a relevant field.
  • Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, scheduling tools, and content creation tools.
  • Basic knowledge of photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas.
  • Familiarity with analytics and metrics tracking to assess content performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
