- A Social Media Executive develops and manages online content, builds community engagement, and executes campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to boost brand awareness, drive traffic, and support marketing goals, involving content creation, scheduling, monitoring, analyzing metrics (KPIs, engagement), and collaborating with marketing teams, all while staying updated on trends and platform best practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Management: Create, curate, schedule, and publish engaging text, image, and video content.
- Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Community Engagement: Monitor channels, respond to comments/DMs, and foster a loyal online community.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and run digital campaigns, including paid social advertising.
- Performance Analysis: Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), analyze insights, and report on campaign success.
- Collaboration: Work with designers, copywriters, and other marketing teams for consistency.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on new platforms, features, algorithms, and industry trends. Essential Skills & Qualifications:
