Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive with at least 2 years of experience in managing social media platforms, executing campaigns, and driving audience engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong content creation skills, analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of social media trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging content (posts, captions, reels, stories, graphics, videos) for various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
• Plan and manage social media calendars.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.
• Increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with online communities.
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Handle influencer collaborations and partnerships when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is preferred.
• Experience in running paid ad campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
