Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement
• Grow organic traffic across platforms including Facebook and Instagram
• Plan, create, and publish high-quality content consistently
• Run and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for traffic and audience growth
• Monitor performance metrics (followers growth, reach, engagement, traffic)
• Identify trends and implement strategies to improve visibility and brand awareness
• Collaborate with the team to align social media efforts with business goals

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing
• Proven experience in growing Instagram and Facebook pages organically
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of content strategy and audience targeting
• Creative mindset with good communication skills
• Result-driven approach with focus on growth and performance

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
