Job Title: Social Media Executive & Content Creator

Are you a creative storyteller who lives and breathes social media? Cosmotech is seeking a dynamic Social Media Executive to lead our digital presence. This is not just a "posting" job—we are looking for a hands-on creator who can script, shoot, and edit high-impact videos and product imagery that demonstrate our engineering excellence in AV Technology.

You will be the voice and vision of Cosmotech across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn, turning complex technical products into engaging, brand-building content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation (Photo & Video)

• Product Shoots: Create high-quality, professional product images for our catalogs and social feeds.
• Video Production: Script, film, and edit "Demonstration Videos," "Behind the Scenes" reels, and "Explainer" content for our products.
• Editing: Use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve to produce polished, platform-specific video content (Reels, Shorts, and Long-form YouTube tutorials).

2. Platform Management

• YouTube: Manage our channel, optimize SEO (titles/tags), and create engaging thumbnails to drive views and subscribers.
• Instagram: Own the aesthetic of our grid. Post daily Stories and Reels that showcase our luxury home elevator finishes and tech features.
• LinkedIn: Tailor content for a professional B2B audience, focusing on case studies, project milestones, and thought leadership in the UAE industrial sector.

3. Brand Awareness & Strategy

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with our sales goals.
• Monitor social trends and algorithms to ensure Cosmotech remains at the forefront of the industry.
• Engage with our community by responding to comments and DMs to build trust and brand loyalty.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Content Creation (UAE experience preferred).
• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Photography & Videography (using DSLR/Mirrorless or high-end mobile rigs).
• Advanced Video Editing skills (motion graphics and sound design are a plus).
• Graphic Design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) for creating high-performing posts.
• Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of YouTube SEO, LinkedIn B2B networking, and Instagram engagement tactics.
• Portfolio: A link to a portfolio or previous social media accounts you have managed is mandatory.
