Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive having 3-4 years experience who can manage complete social media operations including content creation, graphic designing, campaign management, and audience engagement.

Manage and handle all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create engaging content strategies aligned with brand goals
Design high-quality social media posts, banners, reels, and marketing creatives
Write compelling captions, ad copies, and promotional content
Plan and schedule daily/weekly/monthly social media content calendars
Monitor page activity, engagement, and audience interaction
Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms
Generate leads through targeted social media campaigns
Coordinate with internal teams for project updates and marketing requirements
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and competitor activities
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports
3–4 years of proven experience in Social Media Management
Real Estate industry experience will be considered a plus
Strong command of graphic designing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid campaigns
Excellent content writing and communication skills
Ability to create creative marketing ideas and engaging campaigns
Knowledge of post scheduling tools and analytics platforms
Strong understanding of branding and digital marketing trends
