Nitro Fox Digital is a creative studio based at the World Trade Center, Giga Mall, DHA Phase 2, Islamabad. We build web, brand, marketing, and Web3 solutions for ambitious teams across 14+ countries.

We are growing fast, and we are looking for a Senior Social Media Executive who can manage social media end-to-end from strategy, organic content planning, and copywriting to campaign execution, ads, analytics, and performance improvement for both Nitro Fox Digital and our clients.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Social Media Executive based in Islamabad. You will be responsible for managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels .

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the full social media stack, including organic and unique content strategy, post planning, copywriting, page management, paid campaigns, performance tracking, trend research, and audience engagement.

You will work closely with the design, creative and sales team to plan content, brief visuals, manage campaigns, and ensure every post supports brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, or sales goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage social media pages across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan, write, schedule, and publish engaging social media content, including posts, captions, hooks, CTAs, stories, reels, carousels, and campaign content.
  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals, campaigns, trends, and audience interests.
  • Collaborate with designers and creative teams to brief visuals, videos, reels, carousels, and other social media assets.
  • Run and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and execute social media strategies focused on brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics including reach, engagement, clicks, leads, conversions, follower growth, and campaign ROI.
  • Monitor page performance and continuously improve content, targeting, posting schedules, and campaign results.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, content formats, algorithms, and advertising best practices.
  • Manage multiple social media accounts while maintaining brand consistency, quality, and timely execution.
  • Work with internal teams to align social media content with sales campaigns, service launches, client goals, and marketing objectives.
  • Present campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to improve future performance.

What You Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content strategy, or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience managing social media pages for brands, agencies, or client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other major social media platforms.
  • Experience creating content calendars, writing captions, planning campaigns, and managing posting schedules.
  • Strong copywriting skills for social media posts, hooks, CTAs, ads, captions, and promotional content.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads.
  • Ability to track, analyze, and improve social media and ad campaign performance.
  • Strong understanding of paid campaigns, organic growth, and engagement strategies.
  • Ability to brief designers clearly and collaborate with creative teams to produce strong visual content.
  • Good understanding of social media trends, short-form video content, reels, and platform algorithms.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.

Bonus Points

  • Experience working in a creative agency, digital marketing agency, software house, IT company, or services business.
  • Experience managing social media for international clients.
  • Experience creating or appearing in videos, reels, interviews, or brand awareness content if required.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, influencer marketing, or marketing funnels.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Notion, Trello, HubSpot, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar platforms.
  • A strong portfolio of social media pages, campaigns, posts, or ads you have managed.
