Social Media Executive and Graphic Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sharjah for a Social Media Executive and Graphic Designer. The role involves managing and creating engaging social media content, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and monitoring social media performance. The candidate will also develop visual content, including graphics, logos, and branding designs, while maintaining brand consistency and applying creative design principles to projects. Collaboration with internal teams and staying updated with the latest design trends will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.).
• Design creatives for social media posts, ads, banners, posters, and promotional materials.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and captions.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, and respond to comments/messages.
• Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and platform best practices.
• Support branding requirements such as flyers, brochures, presentations, and digital assets.

Skills

• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
• Skills in Logo Design and Branding, with experience in creating coherent and visually appealing brand identities.
• Understanding of Typography and its application in design projects to enhance visuals and communication.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in design tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in managing social media accounts and creating content for online platforms is an added advantage.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management and graphic design. with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design & marketing projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
