Job Description

PyramediaX Marketing is hiring a Social Media Executive with 1+ year experience to manage social media accounts, create viral-ready content, and drive measurable growth in reach, engagement, and leads. The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and English, understands trends, and can turn ideas into high-performing posts and short-form videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts (content planning, scheduling, posting, and optimization).
• Create and execute content strategies focused on viral formats (Reels/Shorts/TikTok).
• Research trends daily and convert them into relevant, brand-safe content.
• Write captions, scripts, and CTAs in Arabic & English.
• Coordinate with designers/video editors and provide clear briefs.
• Handle community management (DMs/comments) and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares, CTR) and report weekly insights.
• Suggest creative improvements based on data and competitor benchmarking.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram/TikTok content structures (hook, retention, CTA).
• Ability to create content that performs well organically (portfolio required).
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
• Organized, deadline-driven, and proactive.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with marketing agencies.
• Basic editing/design skills (CapCut/Canva/Adobe tools).
• Experience with paid boosting coordination (not mandatory).
