Social Media Executive – Communication

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Assistant/Executive to support and grow our NGO’s communication and digital presence. This role is ideal for individuals who bring fresh ideas, innovative content approaches, and a strong passion for social impact.

Key Responsibilities

Create innovative and engaging content ideas for social media platforms

Manage daily posting and engagement across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

Develop communication materials for campaigns, events, and awareness initiatives

Write compelling captions, short content, and stories

Design basic creatives and videos (Canva/Reels preferred)

Monitor performance and suggest improvements

Stay updated with digital trends and new content formats

Candidate Expectations-

Creative mindset with strong content ideation skills

Smart and quick handling of social media platforms

Good written and verbal communication skills

Passion for social work and NGO sector

Non-smoker (mandatory)

Willingness to participate in field visits and NGO activities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
