Social Media Executive & Content Creator

Position Overview:
PRIME Digital Ventures is seeking a Social Media Executive & Content Creator to join our dynamic team in Karachi. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about script writing, branding, and digital media to create engaging content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality short-form videos with a clear focus on high engagement.
2. Draft captions, schedule posts, and manage community interactions (DMs/comments).
3. Develops and executes strategies to build and maintain a company's brand identity, reputation, and market presence, increasing brand awareness and customer engagement on Social Media platforms.
4. Research trends, competitor activity, and hashtags; suggest ideas for Reels/shorts.
5. Understand brand requirements and ensure videos align with company tone and style.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals and brand voice.
7. Write and script compelling, engaging, and well-researched content for each video.
8. Must be comfortable in front of Camera Content Creation and Video Presentation skills.
9. Shoot with DSLR/mobile cameras and handle audio, lighting, and direction.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (mandatory)
2. 6 months to 1 year experience in content creation or video editing.
3. Proven Experience: Social media management and a strong portfolio of previous work that demonstrates versatility in video hosting, production, and content creation and experience in short-form video content is a must.
4. Proficiency in tools like Canva, and CapCut is a plus.
5. Proficiency in using social media analytics tools (Meta Ads, Google Analytics tools etc.)
6. Story writing and script-writing skills.
7. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
