our Mission

As our Social Media Executive / Content Creator, you will lead the creative charge for Oplex and our group brands.

Your purpose is simple:

You will ideate, create, execute, and elevate content that resonates, captivates, and goes viral.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic, high-impact content calendars across multiple brands.
• Create, shoot, and edit compelling short-form videos using CapCut or mobile-first filmmaking tools.
• Stay ahead of algorithm changes, emerging trends, and viral formats.
• Write sharp, engaging, story-driven captions that build emotional connection.
• Use AI platforms (ChatGPT, Veo, Nano Banana, etc.) for scripting, research, and content optimisation.
• Analyse performance metrics and continuously refine strategies to expand reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with our in-house creative, photo, and video production teams.
• Manage community engagement: respond, build relationships, and grow loyal audiences.

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management or content creation
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn growth mechanics
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and mobile/video creation tools
• Strong writing, storytelling, and brand voice development skills
• Ability to conceptualise, shoot, and edit independently
• Highly organised, energetic, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
• Confident communicator with a passion for creative excellence

Bonus Points

• Experience with paid ads or performance marketing
• Understanding of influencer collaborations and brand partnerships
• Comfortable being on camera when needed
• A creative spark that goes beyond the job description

Job Type

Full-time — Dubai Marina Office

Salary

AED 3,500 – AED 4,500 per month (6 days per week)
(Based on experience and demonstrated creative capability)
