Salary Range: Rs.18,000 - 20,000 per month (Completion Bonus component will be included)

Problem Statement
Chess Gaja has a goldmine of world-class chess content—but our social presence doesn’t reflect it. We need a strategist who can turn this into engaging, shareable, and growth-driven content.
We need someone who can:
- Create high-quality social content (posts, thumbnails, reels, shorts, videos)
- Collaborate with designers, and the founder to bring ideas to life
- Understand chess content—know what makes chess content relatable, educational, and shareable
- Track metrics and refine what works

Key Responsibilities
- Creative: design thumbnails, edit reels, write captions, collaborate with designers
- Analytical: schedule content, track KPIs, run experiments, document results
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across all major platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit,Twitter)
- Design engaging thumbnails, banners, carousels, and post creatives using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) using provided tools or AI-assisted editors
- Collaborate with chess coaches to understand lessons and translate them into social content
- Work with graphic designers to ensure visual consistency and quality
- Write captions, post descriptions, and CTAs aligned with our brand voice
- Track and report weekly/monthly KPIs: reach, engagement, follower growth, click-through rates
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and chess community conversations
- Suggest new content formats, experiments, and campaigns
- Maintain content documentation, assets, and backups

Qualifications & Requirements
Must Have:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
- Minimum Chess.com rating of 1000—so you can speak the language of chess learners.
- Proficiency with Canva, and video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter publishing tools
- Strong organizational skills—ability to manage content calendars and meet deadlines
- Excellent written communication in English
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Trello, or similar collaboration tools
Nice to Have:
- Experience creating chess or educational content
- Basic knowledge of SEO and YouTube optimization
- Familiarity with AI tools for design and video editing (ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Gemini)
- Understanding of social media analytics
- Experience with community building (Discord, Reddit, or online forums)
