Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels
• Plan, create, and publish daily engaging content including posts, reels, and stories
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand identity and current trends
• Increase followers, reach, and overall engagement organically
• Monitor social media performance and optimize content strategies accordingly
• Respond to messages, comments, and customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media tools
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms
