At 3Distica, we work across sculpture, public art, design, fabrication, and tech-driven storytelling. We’re a small, fast-moving in-house team, which means this role is hands-on, creative, and never boring.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Content Creation & Management

* Create, curate, and schedule engaging posts, Reels, videos, and stories across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok & YouTube

* ⁠Write compelling captions that turn views into engagement and leads

* ⁠Design high-impact graphics, carousels, and motion content that elevate the brand

* ⁠Capture and create content on-the-go at events, activations, and site visits

Social Media Strategy & Growth

* Plan and execute high-engagement social media campaigns

* ⁠Implement organic and paid growth strategies to drive visibility

* ⁠Spot trends early, ideate fast, and keep messaging sharp and consistent

* ⁠Engage with the audience, comments, DMs, and real conversations

Analytics & Performance Tracking

* Track engagement, reach, and conversions, and optimize for results

* ⁠Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout (or similar)

* ⁠Identify content formats and themes that actually perform (not vanity metrics)

* ⁠Support SEO and keyword strategy for the website

Who You Are

* Fluent in Arabic & English

* ⁠3–4+ years experience in social & digital marketing

* ⁠Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter & YouTube

* ⁠Comfortable with Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro / InShot (or similar)

* ⁠Solid knowledge of paid ads, SEO, hashtags, and content optimization

* ⁠Data-driven, creative, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments

* ⁠Strong eye for design, storytelling, and detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jebel Ali: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
