Job Overview:

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing content across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to enhance our brand's online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Write compelling copy that aligns with the brand's voice and message.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Encourage user-generated content and manage online communities.
  • Strategy and Planning:
  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify and leverage new social media opportunities.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Use data to optimize content and strategy.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Coordinate social media campaigns with broader marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and insights.
