Job Overview:
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing content across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Management:
- Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Write compelling copy that aligns with the brand's voice and message.
- Community Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
- Encourage user-generated content and manage online communities.
- Strategy and Planning:
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify and leverage new social media opportunities.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data to optimize content and strategy.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Coordinate social media campaigns with broader marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and insights.
