About Us

Xpo9tial Growth Consulting LLP is a growing e-commerce and digital marketing agency working with local and international brands. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Social Media Management Executive to join our team and help build engaging digital brand experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Develop engaging content such as posts, captions, stories, and short-form videos
• Plan and schedule monthly content calendars for multiple brands
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages and comments professionally
• Coordinate with the design team for content creation and campaign execution
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and relevant hashtags
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and communication style
• Assist in brainstorming content strategies and social media growth initiatives
• Track social media performance and prepare basic performance reports

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or a related role
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn platforms
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment
• Previous agency experience will be considered an advantage
