Social Media Executive - For a CBSE School

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Shoot, edit, and upload high-quality reels, short videos, and event highlights.
• Increase followers organically through creative strategies, trends, and engagement techniques.
• Develop content calendars aligned with school activities, events, admissions campaigns, and brand positioning.
• Monitor analytics, track engagement metrics, and implement growth strategies.
• Coordinate with school staff to capture classroom activities, events, and student achievements.
• Maintain brand tone, visual consistency, and timely posting schedules.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts.
• Must have strong personal social media presence with good follower engagement.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a school environment.
