Social media executive- Fresher

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive (Fresher) to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about social media, content creation, and digital trends. You will assist in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and growing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,YouTube, etc.)
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community
• Track performance metrics and generate monthly analytics reports
• Run paid social media campaigns and optimize ad performance
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.
• Basic knowledge of paid ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
