Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive (Fresher) to join our team. This is an on-site role with an initial 2-month training period (stipend-based). Based on performance, candidates will be offered a full-time position.

Training Period:

• Duration: 2 Months
• Stipend: Performance-based
• Practical exposure to real-time projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging content (posts, captions, reels ideas)
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
• Respond to comments and messages professionally
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of social media platforms
• Good communication and writing skills
• Creative mindset
• Basic knowledge of Canva or any designing tool (preferred)
• Willingness to learn and grow
