Social Media Executive (Full-Time | In-House)

Nineerial is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Executive to manage our online presence and help grow our digital community. The ideal candidate is trend-savvy, understands content creation, and can manage social media platforms with consistency and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Create and post engaging content (reels, videos, stories, posts)
• Plan and execute monthly social media calendars
• Monitor trends and implement trending content strategies
• Analyze performance and submit weekly reports
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
• Good understanding of social media trends & algorithms
• Basic knowledge of Canva
• Strong communication skills
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Must be able to work on-site (Delhi office)
