About Us:

At Shoot 4 Brand, we create high-impact digital content and brand stories through top-notch photography, videography, and social media content. From fashion shoots to celebrity campaigns, we bring brands to life with creativity and passion.

We're now looking for a Content Creator / Influencer Marketing who can drive our online presence and content strategy across platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Ability to write scripts, draft storyboards, and curate content across formats – reels, shorts, carousels, etc.
• Team Coordination: Guide editors/content teams on direction, tone, and execution of content.
• Social Media Management: Handle multiple Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook pages with a consistent content calendar.
• Research & Insights: Stay updated with market trends, competitors’ strategies, and audience insights for data-driven decisions.
• Influencers Marketing: Should be able to do tieups with Influencers and Models for the company's upcoming projects.
• Execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying creators, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Content Production: Create and edit engaging, platform-native video and social content that adheres to current trends and resonates authentically with our target audience.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in social media or digital content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Develop and produce trending, platform-specific content (e.g., short-form video, lifestyle posts) that fosters authentic engagement and drives community growth.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for storytelling and branding.
• Understanding of influencer and creator ecosystems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
