Social Media Executive - Urgent hiring

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Executive who can manage the company’s digital presence across all social platforms. The ideal candidate should be excellent at PPT making, skilled with Canva, and have hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, research, and optimization. The role includes content planning, designing, posting, and tracking performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and visually appealing content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
• Design creatives, banners, posts, and presentations using Canva and other design tools.
• Prepare professional and attractive PowerPoint presentations for management and clients.
• Use AI tools for content ideas, scriptwriting, captions, scheduling, and productivity enhancement.
• Manage daily posting schedules and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
• Assist in creating short-form video content (Reels/Shorts).
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
• Track and report monthly performance analytics of all social pages.
• Coordinate with internal teams for content approvals and timely posting.
• Support marketing activities, campaigns, and events through digital promotion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of Canva and presentation design.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, or similar.
• Excellent understanding of social media insights, trends, and algorithms.
• Creative mindset with strong writing skills for captions and descriptions.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
