Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Executive with strong video creation and editing skills to manage and grow our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, trend-aware, and capable of turning everyday moments into engaging short-form content.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
• Manage reels, stories, posts, and short-form videos
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments & messages professionally

Video Creation & Editing

• Shoot and edit Reels, Shorts, behind-the-scenes, walkthroughs & event videos
• Edit videos using tools like CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar
• Add music, transitions, captions, and effects aligned with brand identity
• Stay updated with reel trends, hooks, formats, and algorithms

Content & Branding

• Collaborate with the marketing & design team for campaigns, launches, and CSR activities
• Maintain brand tone, visual consistency, and storytelling quality
• Support content for events, office culture, product showcases & testimonials

Analytics & Growth

• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth)
• Suggest content improvements based on insights and trends
• Help grow followers organically through creative content

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media handling & video content creation
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & short-form video trends
• Hands-on experience with video shooting & editing
• Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop is a plus
• Good communication & storytelling skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling corporate / brand social media accounts
• Knowledge of content calendars & campaign planning
• Understanding of hashtags, captions, and posting strategies
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
