Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive with a background in Psychology to manage our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will combine marketing creativity with psychological insights to craft content that connects deeply with audiences, drives engagement, and strengthens brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Creation:
- Develop, plan, and execute social media campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, captions) tailored to different audience segments.
- Apply psychological principles (color psychology, emotion, behavior patterns) to enhance engagement and brand recall.
Community Management:
- Monitor audience behavior and engagement patterns across platforms.
- Respond to comments, DMs, and queries in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Build meaningful connections with followers and influencers.
Analytics & Insights:
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and generate reports.
- Use psychological insights to interpret audience reactions and optimize future campaigns.
- Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify new opportunities.
Campaign Management:
- Collaborate with design, content, and paid media teams for integrated campaign execution.
- Test different creative approaches (A/B testing) to understand user behavior.
- Stay updated with digital trends and consumer psychology in social media marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of audience psychology, consumer behavior, and emotional marketing.
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics.
- Creative thinker with empathy-driven content creation ability.
Preferred Attributes:
- Knowledge of color/emotional psychology in visual content.
- Understanding of neuromarketing or behavior-based targeting.
- Experience in influencer collaborations or online community building.
