Social Media Expert

Role Overview:

As a Social Media Expert, you will be responsible for managing clients’ social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding, engagement, and growth across multiple platforms. You’ll collaborate with our content writer to develop content calendars, identify trending topics in various industries, run ad campaigns, and ensure that posts go live on schedule. You will also engage directly with followers by responding to comments and DMs, ensuring our clients maintain a strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple clients’ social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Research industry-specific trends and propose engaging content ideas for each client.
• Work closely with the content writer to prepare monthly content calendars.
• Coordinate with designers and writers to ensure content is aligned with client goals.
• Schedule and publish posts across social platforms according to the content calendar.
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions in a timely manner.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media ad campaigns.
• Stay up to date with social media best practices, platform updates, and emerging trends
• Track performance, analyze metrics, and prepare regular reports on growth, engagement, and campaign ROI.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent research and trend-spotting abilities across various industries.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with writers, designers, and clients.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
