Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Expert with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing and growing social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of organic growth strategies, content planning, audience engagement, and performance analysis to increase brand visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute social media strategies to grow followers, reach, and engagement organically
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
• Develop creative content ideas including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short videos aligned with brand goals
• Analyze social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to improve performance
• Use platform insights and analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to support growth and lead generation (basic to intermediate level)
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaign execution
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active community
• Stay updated with algorithm changes and best practices for social media growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management and growth
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and organic growth techniques
• Knowledge of content strategy, hashtag research, and audience targeting
• Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of paid ads on Meta and LinkedIn is a plus
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret insights and data
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in growing social media accounts from scratch
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations
• Basic graphic or video editing knowledge (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple brands or accountsKnowledge of Canva or basic graphic design.
• Experience with running basic social media ads (optional but added advantage).
• Understanding of influencer marketing or collaboration strategies.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
