Responsibilities

• Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts tailored for different social platforms.
• Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts and monitor performance.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community and strengthen relationships.
• Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Optimize content for SEO and incorporate keyword research to boost visibility in search results.
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.

Skills

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of social listening tools and techniques to track brand mentions and industry trends.
• Familiarity with Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, and other advertising platforms.
• Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality, error-free content.
